state-of-the-art light-sheet microscopes, and more...

Light-sheet microscopy is a new imaging technique that allows for high-quality visualization of the developing embryo. This technique uses a thin sheet of laser light to selectively illuminate the sample, reducing phototoxicity and increasing temporal resolution. Our team utilized two different instruments to image the cellular dynamics of developing embryos and reconstruct cellular lineages.
